Our company was established based upon a pure passion for the continued success of global businesses.  As an executive attending national symposiums and seminars, I was shocked by the number of employers who lacked the resources necessary to protect their business and their primary asset - their people. 

My colleagues and I had numerous conversations about how we could make a difference for all categories of employers and employees.  It was from those conversations of concern and ardor that we elected to form PDL HRO Practice, LLC.. 

As a guild, we will keep improving our quality, broadening our capabilities, enhancing our efficiency, and raising the exceptional level of customer service we offer to further elevate the standard of excellence we have established in the industry.

    Successfully reduced the average time-to-fill metrics from 124 days to 42 days, streamlining the hiring process, reducing the annual agency placement spend by $1.1M and closed 81 open requisitions

  • Global HRIS Implementation: Worked closely with Finance, Legal, and global Human Resource partners to successfully implement the enhanced HRIS that alleviated the need to outsource payroll and benefits administration in certain countries, and afforded the opportunity to build automated policies into the system

    Leveraged relationships built throughout our careers to negotiate a contracted rate that was $127,000 less than initial projections while securing enhanced time and attendance and learning & development platforms

    Implemented enhancements to the time and attendance system, resulting in a remarkable 91% reduction in meal time penalties

  • DEI&B Curation: Concentrated efforts on the recruitment, hiring, and retention of a diverse workforce, enhancing the organization’s commitment to equity

    Achieved measurable improvements in DEIB metrics, with 31% of the employee population identifying as BIPOC and a 37% increase in women in leadership roles, reflecting significant progress in fostering an inclusive workplace

  • Mergers & Acquisitions: Served on the committee overseeing the execution of over $14B in global mergers and acquisitions

    Successfully maintaining 76% of the acquired corporation's employee population through compensation and role alignment, ensuring continuity and stability during the transition

  • Operational Consolidation and Cost Reduction: Partnered with the CFO and CAO to consolidate operations, effectively reducing labor costs and streamlining processes
